Silent Fear Feature Film

Gallaudet University
Gallaudet University

Our British thriller feature film SILENT FEAR was inspired by the murders of two deaf students at America’s prestigious Gallaudet University for the Deaf, in Washington, D.C. some 16 years ago.

Brent is currently Co- producer of SILENT FEAR working closely with writers and producers Lance and James Morcan. At this stage, we aim to shoot SILENT FEAR on location in London and it will involve a large number of Deaf actors in supporting roles and extras to ensure the film is authentic as much as possible.

Silent Fear premise in brief

Scotland Yard detective Valerie Crowther is assigned to investigate the murder of a student at London’s Wandsworth University for the Deaf. Her investigation coincides with a student contracting a deadly flu virus, which results in the university being sealed off from the outside world. When more Deaf students are murdered, it’s clearly the work of a serial killer. The stakes rise when Valerie becomes the killer’s next target and the deadly virus claims more lives.

Silent Fear the novel soon to be released

Since December 2016, Lance and James Morcan, with assistance from Brent Macpherson, have been working non-stop and tirelessly to complete the book, SILENT FEAR (A novel inspired by true crimes). We are confident the novel will be released around August/September 2017. It’s been a painstaking task to ensure the novel has strong Deaf related elements without derailing the story. Once the novel is released, we will approach studios to get the film green-lit.
