New Zealand - Deaf people with additional disabilities: shooting in November 2017

Deaf people with additional disabilities struggle to be included in the NZSL Community. The goal for the ‘Inclusive NZSL Communities – including Deaf people with additional disabilities project’ is to promote the NZSL usage which welcomes and enables Deaf people with additional disabilities to feel included. This will also benefit those who are hearing and use NZSL as their preferred mode of communication.
The project will allow Deaf people with additional disabilities to provide coaching and guidance through a series of short video clips which will be shared online and be available as an ongoing resource.
